Since 2003, our team is skilled and experienced in :
Aircraft joinery, wood and fabric workshops
We can manufacture wooden aircraft structures, in part or in whole.
- parts manufacturing (spars, wings, fuselages) for homebuilt aircraft
- wooden ultralight manufacturing support for clubs or individuals
- fabric covering for new or old structures
- replica manufacturing (flying or non-flying) for museums and associations
Aircraft engineering
We offer various engineering services:
- Aircraft or aircraft part design
- Support and advice in the choice of technical solutions
- Aircraft equipment installation help for homebuilders
- Flight and ground test program implementation
- Structural sizing
- Drafting of manufacturing or assembly drawings
- Aircraft or aircraft parts industrialisation implementation
- Aid in the comprehension of regulatory texts (CNRA et ULM)
- Aeronautical project management
ACV Aéro Service works for private individuals as well as for professionals in long or short-terms missions.
Training Courses
ACV Aéro Service also offers wooden manufacturing workshops, with theoretical and practical segments.
No minimum knowledge level is required to participate.

Theoretical segment :
- History of wooden and fabric planes

Practical segment :
- Wing section manufacturing
- Repairing of this wing section after rib, trailing edge or leading edge skin breakage.
- Rudder manufacturing
Aircraft maintenance for non certified planes (homebuilt / ultralight)
We can maintain any non certified aircraft:
* homebuilt aircrafts (CNRA - CNSK)
* gliders CNRA et ULM
* ultralights (trikes, multi-axes, gyroplanes)
For any non certified aircraft from 20 à 200 hp, our services include:
- Periodic maintenance
- Repair work
- Fabric covering
- Interior and exterior cleaning
- Test flight
A work report will be issued on completion of each job. Maintenance can be carried out as and when the need arises, or through a periodic maintenance contract.
Kit assembly support
We can do all the assembly of your aircraft, or part of it, as you prefer. We will put our skills and tools at your disposal, and help you step by step along the way.
